As we only had a short distance to travel today we didn't leave Walpole until 9.30am arriving at Albany 11.30am.
After booking in at the Middleton Beach Caravan Park for 4 nights and setting up we had lunch and then headed into town to the Information Centre to find out what to see and do here. Then we went for a walk up York Street to the main part of town.
On our way into town we stopped at a lookout to view a couple of whales, which were very close to the lookout, however they were not active - just lying around. We hope to see more during our visit here.
