As this was our final day before leaving Kununurra we had chores to do in preparation for our departure tomorrow.
First up was a sleep in, then breakfast and a tidy/cleanup. While I was cleaning the caravan Rex took the Patrol to a car wash, then back to the caravan park where we both finished it off. Then there was the hessian matting to take up and the awning to put away. After this we went to the supermarket to top up our groceries, as we will be in remote places for the next few days.
Once back at the caravan we unloaded the groceries and of course emptied the toilet cassette and filled the water tanks in preparation for the trip ahead.
For dinner we had lovely homemade beef rissoles, gravy and vegies and for desert apple lattice pie (purchased from the supermarket) and cream.
Then of course it was bedtime.
We didn’t have time for happy hour today.
