Tues 21st September, 2010 - Day 116 - Port Augusta

Rising at 6.30 this morning we found it to be drizzling rain at Port Lincoln, as we prepared for our 342km trip to Port Augusta. We departed the caravan park at 8.30, & after refuelling at a local Shell Service Station, set off along the Lincoln Highway heading north.

We arrived at Wyalla at about 12.30pm & grabbed lunch at a local Subway outlet which we devoured in the van, a couple of kms out of town.

After lunch it was on the road again for the final 70 odd kms, arriving at the Shoreline Caravan Park at about 1.30pm.

Grandee guided me onto our site with only a minimum of hick-ups & after de-coupling we settled into normal duties for the rest of the day.
