From here it was onto Yallingup for a quick look then to Dunsborough. We were quite impressed with Dunsborough even though it is only a small town.
Next stop was Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse where we undertook a short walk towards the beach, hoping to see some whales, however they were too far away to view properly. This Lighthouse was a lot smaller than Cape Leeuwin so we gave it a miss. As it was misty rain we headed back to the Patrol.
From here it was onto Busselton to view the famous Jetty, which is just short of 2 klms in length. Unfortunately the Jetty is closed to the public due to the extensive renovations which are in progress. It was quite disappointing not to be able to ride the train to the end of the Jetty. All we could do here was visit the Museum and Gift Shop.
We then had a late lunch at The Dome (I think The Dome is a chain restaurant here in WA), which of course we enjoyed.
Then it was back to Margaret River and our caravan via the Bussell Hwy.
